They offer a service called fulfilled by Amazon, where you ship them your products and they sell them through Amazon. They take a cut, but they also handle nearly everything. You just need to get your products to them with a bar code on them.

When it comes down to it, you need a website. That’s a given. However, deciding how much focus you’ll be putting on this website and your online efforts will need to come from you and your strategy. A lot goes into an effective online effort (both budget and time).
